Roles & Responsibilities:
Strong Network & Security Fundamentals Good understanding & hands-on experience in handling (administering or monitoring) different types of network and security devices T-shaped expertise with specialization in network and security devices in security/MDR domain Alerts & Log analysis with good understanding of threat scenarios, threat vectors and logs to analyse and understand usefulness of integration
Good to Have:
Understanding of one or more SIEM ( ArcSight, QRadar, Splunk, LogRhythm ) from the perspective of onboarding various network and security devices Knowledge & Understanding about Cloud (Azure, AWS & GCP)
Understanding or hands-on experience related to vulnerability scanning, penetration testing and configuration assessments.
Educational Qualification:
Graduation or Post-Graduation in IT, Comp Science, Engineering, Cyber Security is preferable.
OEM Certifications in different network and security products
Experience:
Prior experience of network and security device integrations with SIEM
Prior experience of network and security devices administration
At least 5+ years in SOC/MSSP/MDR service delivery
Overall 8+ years of experience
